Juventus have declared their interest in Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey and the Italian champions hope to beat off competition from rival European clubs to sign the midfielder on a free transfer in the summer.
Juventus have been heavily linked with a move for Ramsey, but there have also been reports that they are keen to sign Ramsey permanently this winter.
It's going to be odd to see Aaron Ramsey out of an Arsenal shirt and it looks as if Juventus will be his next destination.
Now I don't watch enough of the Premier League to know the answer to that question, but I suggest to those who do to think of it in these terms.
"I would prefer not to speak publicly about Mesut's situation but, given the recent speculation linking him with a move away from Arsenal, I do feel it is important to provide some clarity, so we can end this and focus on football", Sogut told Goal. Ramsey, meanwhile, was ready to sign a new deal worth £180,000 a week until it was withdrawn by the club.
With less than six months to run on his Arsenal contract, Ramsey has been free to negotiate with foreign clubs since the start of January.
"I repeat, for now he's an Arsenal player and we're not the only team who want Welshman".
Benatia captained Morocco at the World Cup last summer and is rated as one of the best central defenders in Europe, having played for Juve, Bayern Munich and Roma.
With each passing day, Arsenal are realizing what a blunder they have made with Aaron Ramsey.
"He [Ramsey] is an excellent player, he has been playing at a high level for many years and plays for a great team".
"Emery doesn't look at the contract - he looks at the player".
