Speculation that the lovebirds secretly got married has been swirling for ages and the cat was finally let out the bag on Thursday when Miley posted a series of black-and-white photos of her and Liam on social media.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have just gotten married. "This is probably our one - millionth kiss." she wrote.
After officially breaking up in 2013 Miley, 26, and Liam, 28, then reconnected in 2015. The sweet photographs show the newlyweds embracing in front of a stone fireplace adorned with lovely blooms - the couple are thought to have held the nuptials at their home in Nashville, Tennessee, with just close family in attendance.
The couple became engaged in 2012 but broke it off the following year and separated.
In her final post, Cyrus simply captioned a picture of Hemsworth holding her: "10 years later". The wedding took place on December 23.
Following a few leaked photos on social media featuring big "MR" and "MRS" balloons, Miley started sharing some gorgeous photos of the pair on her Twitter and Instagram as well as a video of the pair jamming to "Uptown Funk". One video showed the pair in wedding attire cutting a cake around friends and family, while another showed Hemsworth drinking from a shot-ski with his father and his brothers, Thor star Chris Hemsworth and Westworld's Luke Hemsworth.
In November, they lost their home in California in the state's devastating wildfires.
