Leimome Cheeks will be arraigned Monday on child endangerment charges.
A Memphis woman allegedly placed her two grandchildren kennels and drove them around for at least 40 minutes.
The citizen, who does not want to be identified, sent the video to Memphis Police.
The woman is being charged with two counts of child endangerment, according to Cleveland 19.
A young girl can be seen crawling out of a kennel from the back of the Ford Explorer, which appears to be parked in front of the Graceland mansion in Whitehaven, Commerical Appeal reports.
Neighbors tells us Cheeks just bought two puppies, which is why the kennels are in the back of her truck. She's such a nice lady, " neighbor Skylark Blake said. WATN said it attempted to contact Cheeks at her home over the weekend, but no one answered the door. I only met her like once maybe twice.
"I'm still shocked. I really can't see her doing that. It's a huge mistake, get some help yeah but put her in jail, it's hard to say", Skylarr Blake said.
An investigation has been launched by Children Services and Memphis Police.
